There is limited eating options at the PVD airport, so I decided to have a bite here. My rating is for the service only. I want to call out server NASHAN. While I was ordering he Independently observed that I had an empty water bottle and offered to fill it. That was incredibly attentive, observant, and certainly something you wouldn’t expect at this type of food service in an airport. So, I just wanted to call him out, kudos to him and thank him for the small things that make a world of difference.
I got a grilled chicken sandwich. It was actually very very good. Not sure why this place doesn't have good reviews but just writing about my experience. It was the only place I could grab something solid before a flight.
Stacy is the friendliest! such a kind lady with great customer service. Mike is the best cook & fantastic everytime i get a burger.
The best food spot on PVD, I go here all the time. Stacie at the register is always great and polite, very attentive to the orders and always excellent customer service. Also Mike the cook is always working hard and whips up some fire burgers always exactly as ordered. Can’t say enough good things about RI Burger Co
Food was surprisingly inexpensive for an airport. The fries were more than enough for two people. The Buffalo chicken sandwiches were tasty. The food was fresh and delicious. Katheryne provided great customer service!
Good customer service from the cashier. Stopped by right before the rush. Didn't expect the airport burger to be as good as this! Would definitely come back, even though they were out of bacon. To anyone going just be patient when there are a lot of customer's.
